Paté de color vermell, lleugerament ataronjat i on s’aprecien petites partícules de to fosc que corresponen als torrats del tomàquet i de l’all. D’aroma intensa en què pugnen el tomàquet i els alls per ser protagonista, si bé és el tomàquet el que s’acaba imposant. La seva textura és densa, com correspon a un producte natural amb llegum triturat, si bé no n’impedeix la untuositat. A l’hora de degustar, destaca una noble acidesa provinent del tomàquet i del seu sabor amb una base força neutra provinent del cigró i, finalment, una harmonia d’alls que li donen robustesa i un matís umami.
