Intense aroma in which tomato and garlic fight to be the protagonist, although it is the tomato that ends up prevailing. Its texture is dense, as it corresponds to a natural product with crushed legumes, although it does not impede its smoothness. When tasting, a noble acidity comes from the tomato and its flavor with a fairly neutral base from the chickpea and, finally, a harmony of garlic that gives it robustness and an umami nuance.
