The taste is powerful, balanced, smooth and sweet, with a citrus nuance and more delicate than the black garlic itself would lead us to believe. At all times it shows the organoleptic consistency of the pedrosillano chickpea used in its preparation.

Sterilized vegetable preserve. Preferential consumption of 18 months. Once opened, keep refrigerated for no more than 7 days. Store between 0ºC and 25ºC, avoiding excess moisture.
