Step 1:

Whip the aquafaba with the electric rods for 10 minutes at maximum power.

Step 2:

In a bowl, weigh the ingredients (first the dry ones and then the wet ones).

Step 3:

Mix very well with the help of a whisk.

Step 4:

Gradually add the aquafaba to the previous mixture with the help of a spatula, using encircling movements. Be careful not to leave any lumps. Do not worry if the aquafaba becomes less thick, it is normal.

Step 5:

Place the mixture in a baking mould that has been lined with baking paper.

Step 6:

Bake at 180ºC for 45-50 minutes. Insert a toothpick in the center and, if it comes out dry, the cake is ready. If it comes out stained, leave it for another 5-10 minutes and check again.

Step 7:

Cool completely and unmold carefully.
