Description

Its aroma is recognizable as that of a traditional sobrassada.
Its flavor is clearly reminiscent of that of the sobrasadas from the region of La Marina or the Balearic Islands, amplified by the excitement generated by its three spices, covering from the mid-palate to the throat in an outstanding, homogeneous, and elegant way. The spicy notes marry perfectly with the fermented notes from the miso of Japanese origin.
