Pâté of granulated texture, dense, deep red in color and with some small recognizable fragments of sunflower seeds. Its flavor is clearly reminiscent of the sobrasadas from the region of La Marina or the Balearic Islands. Its aroma is clearly recognizable and the flavor includes fermented nuances coming from the Japanese miso, without having an excessive presence of salty flavor.
