ORGANIC VEGUMMUS WITH ARTICHOKE AND CURRY

Description

A spreadable hummus with a very fine texture, not at all mealy, even though it includes legumes. Light coloured, off-white from the Lima bean, fading to lemon green due to the artichoke and the curry.
The scent is dominated by the curry, a dominance that does not exist on the palate, where it’s the Lima bean and the artichoke that remain in the mouth. Soft, delicate and subtle.
