ORGANIC PEPPERED MUSHROOMS PÂTÉ

Description

This pate is very pale brown in color, similar to walnut shells. Its texture is easy to spread, fluid like a jam. Olfactorily we clearly detect the mushrooms, the freshness of the lemon and we can already guess the presence of black pepper. When testing it, we confirm those first sensations; mushrooms and onion, lemon acidity and a pepper that grows retronasally without becoming dominant. Moderately spicy. It invites you to repeat and continue eating.
